GETTING STARTED
Do you service my area?
-We service everyone in the Tampa Bay Area, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. We will service anyone outside that radius for an additional travel fee.
How much will it cost?
-This depends on the distance of your location. Feel free to contact us for a custom estimate. It only takes a second
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
-We recommend that the client provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. If the client cannot provide their own supplies, our maids will always have cleaning products readily available. The only piece of equipment that we do not provide is a vacuum. Due to Covid-19 regulations, we ask each customer to provide their own supplies for the maids to prevent cross contamination in homes. We want to protect the health of our clients as well as our own.
What extra services do you provide?
-Our services include Basic and Deep cleaning. We offer individual bathroom cleaning. We even offer simple vacuuming and mopping of all floors if all you need is someone to finish the job. We can accommodate all needs.
How do I make a booking?
-It’s simple! Click Instant Quote at the top of the homepage. You will be brought to our Order Form where you can book your service. Choose from many different options such as date, time, type of service, and best of all, your custom maid. Once your order is paid and booked, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your upcoming service. After we confirm your appointment with your requested maid, the service will be scheduled.
PRICING & POLICIES
Do I need to pay the full price even if all the bedrooms do not need to be cleaned?
-We offer different packages and individual options based on your cleaning needs and budget. You may not always need your entire home cleaned so we do offer individual room cleanings. We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.

Do you have insurance?
-Our business is fully insured. We carefully select and vet our maids to ensure your safety as much as ours. Each maid is thoroughly trained on how to meticulously execute their job avoiding any accidents that may occur. Should a situation arise, our maids are proficient in handling unfortunate circumstances. We always got your back!
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
-Yes. Our business is fully insured with cyber/crime security that way all personal information we receive from our clients is always protected. Our website is secure with a SSL certificate so all data passed through our servers is secure.
Do your cleaning professionals go through a background check?
-Beyond taking our cleaning specialists through the Custom Made Maids training curriculum, all our maids are carefully selected and vetted accordingly so you have peace of mind that your home is in good hands. We want to make sure you are comfortable with whoever is entering your home. We take extreme caution when it comes to our client’s safety and security as well as our own.
Do I need to be home for my booking?
-Yes, we require our clients to be home at the time of their service for it is a one-of-a-kind experience that they should fully appreciate. Why go through all the trouble of customizing your package if you’re not there for it? Sometimes you can’t be there for every appointment. In this case, the client will provide the maid with instructions on how to safely enter their home to complete the service.

The Happiness Guarantee applies when:
-The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction, or your property was damaged as a direct result of the service booked through Custom Made Maids.
-The service was completed within the past 48 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate occurrence.
-Your account is in good standing without unpaid balances
*In the event of damage or a missing item, Custom Made Maids will require documentation to prove value, ownership, and damage in order to process the claim.
